About me
Hi, I’m Katie, the founder of KP Sports & Remedial massage, dedicated to helping people move better, recover faster, and perform at their best.
My journey into sports and remedial massage started with a passion for health, movement, and understanding how the body works. Like many active people, I’ve experienced first-hand how muscle tension, injuries, and everyday stress can impact both physical performance and overall wellbeing. That experience inspired me to learn how to properly support recovery and help people keep their bodies functioning at their best.
Today, I work with athletes, gym-goers, runners, and anyone with an active lifestyle who wants to reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent injuries. Whether you’re dealing with tight muscles from training, recovering from an injury, or simply feeling the effects of long days at work, my goal is to help your body recover and move freely again.
MY APPROACH:
I believe that no two bodies are the same. That’s why every treatment is tailored specifically to you. Before each session, I take time to understand your training, lifestyle, and any areas of discomfort or restriction so I can focus on what your body needs most.
Using a combination of sports massage techniques, deep tissue work, and targeted muscle treatment, I aim to:
